Changelog
What’s new in Operlio, newest first. Small fixes and polish ship continuously and aren’t all listed here.
October 2, 2026
- Operlio is on Google Play: get the Android app by searching "Operlio".
- Record cash, cheque, e-Transfer and other payments on any invoice, including partial payments, with a full payment history.
- Stats rebuilt around money: collected vs billed, who owes you, how you got paid, taxes, a 12-month chart, top customers and services, and a CSV export.
- Recurring services now have a visit time, how long it takes, and who does it.
- Settings on phones works like your phone's own settings: a list, then one page at a time with a back button.
- New Help & feedback button: tell us where you got stuck, straight from the app.
September 30, 2026
- Invoices, quotes, and customer texts and emails can now go out in French or English — set a default for your company, or pick per customer.
September 26, 2026
- Your free trial now starts when you create your first job (or from Settings), not the moment you sign up — look around first, no card needed.
- You can start a free trial right from any plan on the pricing page.
- Prices now show in your local currency: Canadian dollars in Canada, US dollars in the US.
September 25, 2026
- New repeat schedules for seasonal work: every 6 months and yearly.
- New "on call" services for work that's triggered by the weather, like snow clearing or storm cleanup. When it hits, Dispatch on-call turns every on-call customer into today's jobs, ordered as a route, in one step.
- AI assistant connections now have separate permissions for the schedule, customers, quotes, invoices, messages, and your service catalog. Each one stays off until you turn it on.
- Operlio's site is now available in French, with a language picker at the bottom of every page.
September 3, 2026
- The Android back button now goes back instead of closing the app, and the app refreshes when you come back to it.
- You now get a push notification when a customer replies to a text.
- Fixed an issue where a shared phone or computer could briefly show the previous account's cached data after switching accounts.
- Crew members can no longer open job pages they don't have access to by typing the address directly.
August 28, 2026
- Deleted a job by mistake? You can now restore it from Jobs → Recently deleted — nothing is lost immediately anymore.
- Added extra protection against abuse on sensitive actions like password resets, payments, and account deletion.
August 27, 2026
- Account deletion now completes reliably for every workspace, every time.
- The optional AI assistant connection can now create and update jobs on your behalf, if you turn that on — off and read-only by default.
- Job photos load noticeably faster in lists and grids.
- Fixed a few permission edge cases where a crew member's map access or notification links didn't match what they were actually allowed to see.
- The leaderboard now hides the crew comparison for solo operators instead of showing an odd "#1 of 1."
